📦 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of placement and payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at [email protected] or call +91 92868 66883.
- Share your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, we'll arrange a free pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
- After the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be initiated.
💰 Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved and the item is received:
- UPI / Wallets: 2–3 business days
- Debit / Credit Card: 5–7 business days
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer within 7 business days
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoice included.
