3. Products & Pricing
- All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- MZT Commerce reserves the right to modify product prices, availability, and descriptions at any time without notice.
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices and notify customers accordingly.
4. Orders & Payments
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase and is subject to our acceptance.
- We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available).
- Order confirmation is sent via email/SMS after successful payment.
- MZT Commerce reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors. A full refund will be issued for any cancelled prepaid order.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, please ensure you have the exact amount available at the time of delivery.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are delivered within 4–6 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistic delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- MZT Commerce is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return inspection and approval.
- Certain product categories may be non-returnable. Such restrictions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

7. Intellectual Property
